Fairly clean and modern place with extremely friendly and hospitable staff.

I liked sleeping 4 nights in this hotel. The double room was air-conditioned and modern with very comfy beds, so that guests had essentials. The location was absolutely perfect and the public parking was nearby.

the venue was set in the very central position just next door to restaurants, bars, restaurants, and nightlife, and the train station and the beach. cannes city-centre district was worth staying in.

It was in a marvellous location in the centre of Cannes. I did not want to leave and would come back for sure.

Great location with everything in walking distance. Breakfast delivered on time with a variety of options. Effective soundproof doors to block street noise. Pleasant and efficient staff. Super comfy bed. Very clean and newly renovated room. Best location for the price.

price is a bit high (we had very short time for booking), bed was a bit short for me (I'm 182 sm), toilet is narrow (not for big asses - luckily I don't possess one).

Good location, easy walk from railway station and close to the city centre. Helpful advice when booking in and I was even offered an upgrade (as there was room at the time, and I was staying for an extended time) but I declined as I preferred the smaller (tiny!) room as it had 2 decent windows.

Its location was UNBEATABLE, very close to the main restaurant/beach area of Cannes. I tried some drinks at wine bar Grill and Wines, located 5 minutes walk away.

The double room was silent, it had climate control, a multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. The location was great and brilliant close to the sea.

Pros: Great place to stay for a night, super clean with really nice and quick staff. Awesome location close to the ocean and downtown. 🌊.

I had a wonderful stay at the Modern Waikiki hotel. The location was amazing, just a quick 2-minute walk to a beautiful beach in the smartest part of town. The staff were welcoming to both me and my dog, and they were extremely helpful with parking and any other needs I had. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, and the air-conditioning was fantastic. I also loved the old-fashioned key system. it was a lovely stay in a beautiful town.

Could not be improved in any way. 🌟

My stay at Waikiki was great. I think the value for the room is great considering the short walking distance to the main beach street. Also, my friend and I really appreciated how accommodating the owner, Pascual was when we requested help. He also speaks great English! Yeah for us! The rooms are very modest, but clean. The ac works beautifully and is quiet. Bathroom is so tiny, it made us laugh, but the water pressure and style of th shower more than made up for it.

Even though I have written the following points, I would still highly recommend this hotel. Its modest, but close to the beach. Request a room with the balcony, if available. The ac works great! Really hot. We suggested they hotel buy an ice machine-ouch. They did not have one, but the owner would find some for us each day. Also, perhaps, this is a normal model in Southern France, but room service ends midday. If you want to sleep in, shower etc,,, you need to be out by noon. Also, there was one fella that worked there that gave me the creeps. I discussed this with the owner and he shaped up immediately.

The personal was very very helpful.

Mind-blowing location! The friendliest check-in guy greeted us with a huge smile, offering coffee/snacks and new water bottles daily. Super staff, AMAZING air conditioning, and fantastic beach nearby!
